(If the decision can be made to change name from Lighning II to Raptor to cash in on the success of Jurassic Park and thus be more popular with voters then the funkiest paint scheme ever must be doable)

I still think that the renaming was a fantastically courageous and opportunistic move AND that F/A22s would look ace in that paint scheme.
