Stunning shots ARAman… what camera and lens do you use?

OK on the 20D. I've been thinking of upgrading to a DSLR for some time, and have been weighing up the pros and cons of each make and model. My 'film' SLR kit is all Canon – A1 & AE-1 Program, so I'm a bit of a fan anyway, and I think that is probably the way I will go. I'd love the full frame 5D but my budget wont stretch that far, so I’ve been looking at the EOS 400D, although for a little extra I could get the magnesium bodied 30D… can't make up my mind... and that's before I start considering lenses!
Have you been happy with the 20D?
Dean.
