    as i enjoy these lets have a go at guessing aircraft followed by airline if you can

    yup the plane landed in Glasgow for some sort of problem en route to AMS from Detroit

    No it's definitely an MD-11. You can see the little part from the bottom of the winglet that sticks out beneath the wing. As for the airline, it would just have to be a guess. But I think Sandy's right, white fuselage with grey on the belly.
