Question What was the first plane you ever flew in?

After going to barcelona on monday I was wondering what was the first plane you ever flew in. And if you can remeber what company was it that you flew with.

I flew in a A-320 airbus with Iberea airlines

I don't remember the first one as I was a babe in arms, but it was a BIA Handly Page Herald in 1971. First one I recall was a Britannia 732 in 1981.

I know the flight was LAX-JFK on TWA in 1976 at age 2. It was either a 747-100, L1011, or 707.

You never mentioned anything about flying RAF VC-10s before EAL, how did it come about?

1952, a Miles Messenger, probably privately owned, for a trip from RAF Waddington around Lincoln Cathedral! I was 9 years old at the time but could already identify most aircraft, as I was living at the base and read "Flight" every week.
