    We will continue to see the bright underside and darker top side camo theme on Russian fighters.

    He was my North, my South, my East and West,
    My working week and my Sunday rest,
    My noon, my midnight, my talk, my song;
    I thought that love would last forever; I was wrong.

    The stars are not wanted now; put out every one:
    Pack up the moon and dismantle the sun;
    Pour away the ocean and sweep up the woods:
    For nothing now can ever come to any good.

    Wow, great pic.

    The range with drop tanks must be absurd.

    They aren't half messing about, no.

    In this regard it is the J-20 which takes the cake though:

    Is it just me or are those bags on the T-50 larger?

    They look like the fat wetbag used on Su-34 senter stations.

    External tanks T-50 2 * 1400 kg and 2 * 1500 or 1800 kg in weapons bay
    At the Su-34 under the fuselage 1 * 2400 kg.

    So let's hope is only for test and the definitive ones would be more stealth.

    ^^ In what sense , I see it as stealthy and that bird could be.

    May be for optics they can put a seratted nozzle and crowd can jump and says its now stealthy

    Does it really need them?

    We don't see Su-35 with drop tanks ever, and from Pogo:

    "While the Su-27 can do around 600-700km @ supersonic speed, the T-50 manages over 1500km at supersonic speeds. While subsonic range is close to 3500km."

    PTB-3000? Nope, these do not seem to have the horizontal surfaces on front.

    True. But they look very Similar. Perhaps a bit early for seperation test on wetbags?

    Edit:
    Scratch that, they are not even similar.. this is a new type of wetbags:

    I don't think it's possible to tell that from the T-50 photo, due to the angle. Also, consider the shape - while a continuous curvature spindle shape is probably less draggy, the J-20 tanks have a cylindrical centre section, so even if they are shorter and have a smaller maximum diameter, they might contain as much or more fuel.
