Luxemburg air force? No, just kidding! It's an ex French Army O-1. Civil Registration in Luxemburg. Don't know if it's still flying as it suffered a broken back in 2010.

I am not sure if the DRPK's AF is considered "small", but their capability certainly is.

Is that a hydraulic leak we are seeing?
    A great photo, BTW.

They could be dumping fuel. The saddle-bag hosts fuel and the cabin heater, on that side. Someone took a decent risk in taking that photo. This could also be a prop from an upcoming movie as well. Photos coming out of the DRPK are not that good, usually.

    Hi everybody,
I'm a long time visitor of this fabulous website but haven't, till now, ever participate.
    It's time to change.
Is L-39, from Afghan air force during soviet intervention, count in this thread ?

    A Yak-18T to be precise.

I have flown the bird a number of times, real rugged simple piece of equipment. Though IIRC the ones I have seen did not have the curved windshield as this Lithuanian one, but the old standard flat pane sections.
