Luftwaffe post 2020?

I noticed on Wikipedia that it states that the Luftwaffe Tornados will be retired by 2020. The Phantoms are already being retired this year.

This will leave the Germans with about 140 Eurofighter Typhoons.

Is this correct?

Seems quite small given Germany's economic size and political importance.

And will the Typhoons be fully multi-role?

At least part of the fleet will be multi-role.
