Not really. CN-235 is much smaller, cheaper & cheaper to operate than C-130. They're not in the same part of the market.

Old Iraqi AF- L-39 Albatros.
As the Syrian defection thread is closed - did anybody find a picture of the defected MiG-21? I can't believe that in today's world full of mobile phones with a camera nobody took at least a poor shot of this aircraft.
