BA order for Airbus A380

Some time ago I recall BA announcing that it intended to acquire 10 off A380s. Was this order ever taken up, and if so when is the first aircraft due for delivery

I think compnants for the first one are starting to arrive at Toulouse.

There are four marked down at the moment

G-XLEA (095), G-XLEB (121), G-XLEC (124) & G-XLED (147)

BA has just completed enlarging its maintenance hangars for the A380.
There's a chap on one of the other A380 threads (see 'Airbus A380 at 50') who can give you detailed info about production, so watch out for the BA aircraft there.

The first one has just started production and they'll be delivered next year. I'm looking forward to seeing the first A380 in BA colours.
