Being in the grip of the mid winter darkness and cold, a thought to cheer all collectors; the Shoreham 2012 Aerojumble.
The next event will be at the usual Shoreham Airport venue on Sat 31 March 2012 so when you get those diaries in your Christmas stockings you know which date you need to enter first!
This will be the only Shoreham Aerojumble in 2012 as I have decided just to run one per year from now on, this being the March/early spring event.
Hope to see you there!

For the benefit of those of you with old-fashioned paper calendars and wall planners I'm just bumping this up so that you can make the relevant entries.

I might just make a visit.
You really should....
I am going to make a maximum effort to considerably exceed the stall numbers we have achieved at the recent events.

Can you pop me down for a wall stall please Andy?!
I'll be there but as a customer, are the early bird tickets for sale yet and how much will they be?
Good breakfast burger van on the last event, hope you have. Them booked again?
Planning to fly in again there weather permitting, failing that by road. Maybe this time I can leave the Warrior adjacent to the event as its a flipping long walk from the terminal, worse still returning when loaded down with goodies!
Looking forward to the day the wartime ID lamps we found last time are fitted to the underside of Proctor 3 LZ791.
If anyone has any Stirling (or bomber) related items they're thinking of bringing, we'd be very interested to look at them

Not sure that ATC will let you park up next to the event. You can always ask, though! Sometimes we have a shuttle bus running between event and terminal, but not sure if we will in March.

I hope you manage to find some nice Stirling goodies. You never know.....!

Myself and at least Jon H will be there for the event.
We'll do the usual - arrive in Brighton for a night out on Friday then up for the early-bird arrival at the jumble the next morning.
Just the thing to blow away the winter blues and the Hooton woes!
P.S. Can anybody recommend a decent curry house in Brighton?
TIA. Anon.
I will ask about a curry house.....!!
Meanwhile, just a few weeks to the event and look forward to seeing all the familiar faces...and a few new ones, too, we hope!

You asked about a good curry house in Brighton.
I cannot speak personally, as I have never eaten here but I am told by Brighton people that this takes some beating!

Enjoy your curry. Enjoy the aerojumble!

I'm sure we shall do both - though how much one will impact upon the other will remain to be seenNow, where did you say the Portaloos were located again?!
