Big pistons rule

Just saw your post on a An-124 arriving at Brize on sunday. Any more info? Were due a An-124 at Manston down in Kent on Sunday, have a feeling it could be the same one, do you know what reg or operator it was with at all? Would appreciate any information on it.

Thanks for those titles Hugh. I thought as I was reading that it was the start of a new series. I only bought it last September. I woudld have bought it sooner if I'd seen it but that was the first time I'd come across it. There's a book shop in Hamburg which stocks books in most of the european languages and that's where I picked it up.
It's not really my cup of tea but having started on the series I'll have to follow it through if only to see what happens. I have to confess I prefer the Honor Harrington series but that is being carried on too far now I think.

Hi Mike,

Just seen your contribution to the thread 'What are you reading now'? and was struck by the coincidence that I too am reading "Off Armageddon Reef" (for the third time). Have you read "By Schism Rent Asunder", the second book of the 'Safehold' series? This is another jolly good book and does a great job of setting the scene for "By Heresies Distressed", the third one which is due to be published in June or July. I am looking forward to it with considerable impatience.
