I've noted in one of your older posts that you have a oldish copy of AP119A-0601-0, Could you check it for us, as if memory serves, it had the colour scheme for the Green RAF Bloodhound Mk 2 in the 1970's/80's editions (reason I'm asking is the guys at Bristol areo want to give the forebody of their Mk 2 a touch up, and I've been requestrd to find what colour it is).

I'm afraid some members will always argue black's white! Sometime you have to keep your thoughts to yourself. Some members do often go off on a tangent from threads. If it looks like it's going to get complicated, I just shut up. You must appreciate that some forum members don't have real lives and just sit at their PC's looking for something or someone to rant at. Don't take it to heart though.
thanks again for posting the pics.Anytime you see us at a show please drop by and say hello i will be more than happy to show you around the An2 cheers
I recently found a posting concerning the landing of Sunderland T9114 dating back to 2010 wher eyou were looking for the movie footage. It's available here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ZfVEoZmt-c in case you didn't find it. My interest in this particular aircraft comes from the fact that my Dad was in the crew, Flt Sgt Hughie Church, and he talked about it and had photos of the aircraft under tow. He also appears in the movie clip and since he died a few years ago it was really great to find this just a short while ago. The aircraft never flew again. I have a copy of Gordon Singleton's book on order. 461 squadron was disbanded at the end of the war but my Dad always had some great stories to tell and a few sad memories of friends he lost.
Hope this is still of interest to you and of use.
Hi PAGAN01, I came across a website that covered all R.A.F. stations a couple of days ago. Now I've lost it (old age) I think I was following a thread on R.A.F. Swinderby. I noticed you had posted on there. Help, where/what is it!
